All our Weighing Scales are delivered free of charge to most UK mainland locations.
We also deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man at a small additional cost per order based on product weight. Please contact us for details.
Delivery of ex-stock boxed products to any UK mainland address will usually be made next working day for orders placed up to 3.00 pm. except where otherwise stated. For larger items requiring pallet delivery please allow 2 to 3 days. Orders for delivery outside of the mainland may take slightly longer.
If we try to deliver while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time.

We have confidence in the quality of our products, and all equipment is sold with a full 12 months return to base warranty unless otherwise stated (See Terms & Conditions).
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your scale is faulty and has to be returned, please email us first at: firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively call our
customer service team on 01773 763555. We will arrange collection of the item and send a replacement. Please make sure that the item is packed ready for collection in the original packing if available, or pack well in a suitable strong box ensuring that there is plenty of packing material surrounding the equipment to avoid damage in transit. The carrier may refuse goods if they are packed inadequately. Items returned in unsuitable or inadequate packaging may incur a charge. Refunds will be made for items ordered but not yet received if cancelled by email, letter or fax within 7 days of ordering. Items may also be returned for refund within 14 days of delivery if they are returned in the original undamaged packaging, unopened and in a perfect resalable condition to County Scales Limited by insured post at the sender’s expense. Items which are not faulty and are returned after the 14 day period may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% to cover the costs associated with sending out the item and the administrative time. Your statutory rights are not affected. All matters will be dealt with fully in accordance with current UK consumer rights legislation.
