We are confident of the quality of our products, and all equipment is sold with a full 12 months return-to-base warranty unless otherwise stated. In the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your scale is faulty and you have to return it, please email us first at: returns@weighingscales.com or alternatively call our customer service team on 01773 767289. We will replace or repair the item and promptly return it to you. Please use the original packing if available, or pack well in other suitable packaging. All goods are your responsibility until they reach us, and we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please obtain proof of return from your carrier. Refunds will be made for orders cancelled within 7 days of ordering, or for items returned within 7 days of delivery. All goods returned for refund must be returned in the original undamaged packaging, unopened and in a perfect resaleable condition to County Scales Limited by insured post at the sender’s expense. Please note: we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Items which are not faulty and are returned after 7 days may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% to cover the costs associated with sending out the item and the administrative time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
